Curated East End Design

Stephanie Rose, resident interior designer, started designing homes from Montauk to Orient (and everywhere in between) for over a decade. Crafting homes with her artistic talents, Stephanie has completed over 100,000sqft of projects over her highly decorated career. What sets Stephanie apart from other designers is she utilizes the natural elements of the home to let the home create its own personality. Stephanie’s fluid design strategy allows her to curate atmospheres with any underlying style.

Stephanie joined the NRE team after working with our staff for a number of years completing over 100 transactions. Stephanie has since transitioned her career to specializing in the East End real estate market. Studying the current East End buying trends and coupling them with her acute knowledge of interior design, Stephanie has created a specific strategy to position a home to obtain its highest market value.

The journey begins with a design board and CAD layout which seamlessly is translated to our field staff to ensure Stephanie’s visions are crafted exactly to the physical space. The staging process is often collaborative, and NRE will ensure continuous, transparent communication to collect all perspectives. It is essential to us that our finished product carries the original values in your decor and design styles. While we are attracting a diverse buyer pool, there is all one thing that everyone has in common- a sense of place. All home buyers want to feel welcomed, comfortable, and clean when evaluating their choices. Let NRE Professional Staging & Design remove the stress from the marketing of your home to allow you to focus on what really matters- your next step.

Locally Inspired.

Our highly curated furniture and decor inventory is selected specifically to enhance East End homes. One of the best parts of East End home ownership is the natural elements in which the home resides. At NRE Professional Staging & Design, we believe in utilizing those natural elements and “bringing the outside in.”

Latest Trends.

The furniture and design market is as dynamic as the real estate market. Buyers and sellers are constantly shaping the market and it is key to ensure that your home is consistent with latest trends. By neutralizing the space and removing personal items, a home can be positioned to attract buyers who are making a new step in their lives and on the leading edge of home design.

Financially Driven.

By making a home look its best, sellers can increase its perceived value, make it more appealing to a wider range of buyers, and sell it more quickly. While staging can require an initial investment of time and money, the potential return on investment can be significant. For sellers who are looking to get the most out of their home sale, home staging should be a first step in the selling process.
